In this thorough session I will hold safe, sacred space for you and your healing journey. I will begin by scanning your bodies- in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. I pick up on health issues, energetic blocks in your mindset and emotional energy flow, physical injuries and misalignments with your spiritual aspect. Together we play with the puzzle pieces of your life experiences and tweak and refine until we have alignment and you leave feeling more anchored in your direction moving forward in life and what you need to put in place for support on your healing journey. I hold true to empowering you to be in tune with your own bodies and believe you know your bodies best - and we all just need a witness sometimes and someone to reflect back and validate what we already know deep down...someone who can stay grounded and hold safe, sacred space for all that may need to unearth. You leave the session empowered with simple yet effective tools so you can fully embrace who you really, truly are, and your purpose here as you walk on the planet. Because when we are aligned with our true soul's purpose and our bodies are energetically clear - we can then experience health, vitality, freedom and joy.
