This 40 minute session is great as a follow-up style session or as an initial way to connect with me and what I offer. This session works well for those who have already been doing their own personal and healing work and just need to tweak and refine on a specific issue. I will hold safe, sacred space for you and your healing journey by scanning your bodies- in the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects. I may pick up on health issues, energetic blocks in your mindset, emotional energy flow, physical injuries and misalignments with your spiritual aspect. Together we intend for the clarity and the integration you require to tweak and refine your health and vitality experience! We focus on you experience clear alignment with your goals, to leave you feeling more anchored in your direction moving forward in life and what you need to put in place for support on your healing journey. I hold true to empowering you to be in tune with your own bodies and believe you know your bodies best - and we all just need a witness sometimes and someone to reflect back and validate what we already know deep down...someone who can stay grounded and hold safe, sacred space for all that may need to unearth. You leave the session empowered with simple yet effective tools so you can fully embrace who you really, truly are, and your purpose here as you walk on the planet.
